1. Subjects:
– Poor, disadvantaged students, students with disabilities, students in remote areas.
– Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
2. A dossier includes:
– Application form (by form)
– 2014-2015 School Year Transcripts
– Certificate of family situation (with local confirmation).
– Other documents of academic achievement (if any)
