Notice of registration for the first semester of the academic year 2015 – 2016
I. REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS
1. Only register for modules online at the prescribed time; do not settle registrations in other forms; failure to resolve overdue registrations;

3. Carefully review the list of open modules in the first semester and instructional notices for registration, if there are questions students meet with the faculty teaching assistant for guidance;
4. To correctly register open modules according to their majors, not to register in excess of the prescribed number of credits;
5. To take responsibility for the registration and self-check the registration results after implementation;
6.Note: Students of any system register under that system; College students do not enroll in undergraduate modules and vice versa.
7. Pay tuition fees according to the number of credits registered during the semester to have a study list and exam list.
8. Particularly, K33 (undergraduate), K34 (college) students who owe no more than 11 credits and, or a cumulative score of less than 2.0, receive an application to continue studying at the faculty and submit it to the module registration department (House A25) for consideration and settlement. The Training Management Department registers modules for students who are eligible for further study, gathers applications, and submits them to the School Board for approval at the end of each semester.
II. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR LOCKS
1. Subjects of module registration:
a. Students K34, K35, K36, K37, K38.
b. K36, K37, K38 students are allowed to apply for an average of 19 credits (students who repay unregistered modules no more than 30 credits).
Note: The number of credits specified for registration does not count the credits of general education and vocational education.
2. Registration period for semester I: From July 14, 2015 to the end of July 28, 2015.
III. IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATION
1. Specialized faculties:
– Specialized faculties receive the List of modules for listing at the faculty;
– Before listing the module list, if there is an error, it must notify the Training Management department to correct it;
– Put module registration information (HP catalog) on the website;
– Guide students to register for modules;
– Guide students to view the results of module registration on the website;
– In addition to the “List of Courses” provided by the Department of Training Management, the faculties list their “Teaching Plan for the 2015-2016 school year” for students to actively register for the course.
2. Training Management Department:
– Enter the training program, prepare the data of the list of HKI courses to send to the Network Team before July 14, 2015, print the list of courses to be distributed to the faculties.
– Received course registration data from the Network Team on July 29, 2015 to process review and upload results to the school website.
3. Facilities Room:
– Grant account, login password and authorize faculty to use the web to register online courses.
– The network team receives the course registration data from the Training Management Department and uploads the data to the server before July 14, 2015.
– Configuring the registration period from July 14, 2015 to the end of July 28, 2015.
– Ensure transmission lines, servers, solve unusual problems during student registration, provide technical support for faculty members on using teacher accounts.
– When the course registration expires, the network team will download the data and send it to the Training Management Department on July 29, 2015.
4. Student Affairs Department: Prepare the file list of students in the first semester of the academic year 2015-2016.
5. Finance Department: Collect tuition fees according to the regulations of the school.
Faculties disseminate and post this notice for lecturers and students to implement; functional departments coordinate to implement this announcement.
